EUE Screen Gems Studios announces the latest expansion to the largest film and television lot east of California. Stage 10 will be a column free 37,500-sf production space with a height of 45-ft and dimensions of 150 x 250-ft. It will contain a 60 x 60-ft special effects water tank with a depth of 10.5-ft. The 50 acre EUE Screen Gems complex has nine existing stages ranging in size from 7,200-sf to 20,000-sf. and has accommodated over 350 film and television projects.
