Tax Incentive

EUE/Screen Gems Studios is a qualified production studio (QPS), meeting the criteria for the New York State and New York City tax credit for film and television productions. Both, New York State and New York City offer a Film Production Tax Credit program, which provides qualifying film and television productions a fully-refundable tax credit equal to a percentage of production expenditures.

Eligible productions include:

• Feature Films
• Episodic television series
• Television pilots
• Television movies and miniseries
